How do I book an outfit?
All bookings are made via Instagram @rentthatdesigner. This gives us the opportunity to discuss and answer any further questions you may have.
Can I try on?
Yes of course, I charge a non-refundable deposit of $10 for try on’s. If you do not show up this is not refunded or does not go towards another try on appointment. If you book an outfit within 24 hours of trying on the $10 fee goes towards your hire.
Can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We do have store credits that are valid for 8 weeks for your convenience – T&C’s apply.
Is a bond required?
Each item requires a bond, the bond price varies for each item which the renter is advised the amount via private direct message. Bonds are refunded when the return policy is met.
How do I check availability?
Please direct message Rent That Designer via Instagram @rentthatdesigner to check availability and include the garment details and date of rental.
How do I secure an outfit?
A non-refundable deposit of half the rental fee is required to secure the outfit for you desired date. This is deducted from the owing balance of the final payment. No garment is secured until the payment receipt is provided.
Do you offer postage?
Yes, postage is offered at your own expense. This is needed to be LODGED at the post office. Please see T&C’s regarding postage.
Do I need to dry clean the outfit?
Dry cleaning is included in each hire fee. Please do not attempt to clean any of our garments as this may result in damage and lead to loss of bond.
What if I damage the dress?
If you damage an outfit whether it be a stain, rip, hole, etc please contact us immediately. Your bond will be used to hopefully fix the issue but if it is not repairable, unfortunately you will be charged the full RRP to replace the garment.
